Did a few things - made it B&W to remove the distinction between the screen and the background wall, overexposed it to remove the distinction between the different levels in the monitor and finally, kept it out of focus to give it that blurred, dreamy look.

What i like about this snap is the composition - the angle, the placement of the 'Enter' key, and the framing of the keys.
